Day 1 Week 2 Body Revolution

These workouts really fly by! I love that they are only 30 minutes and I am getting results.
During the first week I lost 5 lbs and 2.5 inches from my waist. That is the best thing to happen to me in a long time!
Eating 1200 calories is challenging some days but I have been on target 80% of the time. Some days I get close to 1300 on other days I struggle to get to 1200. Eating less food makes me less hungry. Isn't that strange? I need to keep an eye on protein I have noticed. Yesterday I was closing in on 1500 but we all need a little splurge now and then.
On a side note I tried a pear hard cider last night and it was divine. I also made chocolate chip cookie dough balls with no eggs (thank you pinterest!) for a friend and I kept a few for myself. They are 100 cals a piece. Perfect.
I do BR in the mornings before work and I have also been going for a quick walk in the evenings. I love that I get my main workout done before my day starts. It really helps my mental state throughout the day and I am too physically exhausted after work to even think about dealing with Jillian.
I need to keep on track! I tend to go in with guns blazing and then lose momentum. Gotta keep up the enthusiasm! I know I won't lose big every week and I might even gain. But I have to keep going. I am worth it.
