I kept up with my workout schedule until Thursday. This cold or whatever it is, is lasting forever. I'm finding it hard to workout while coughing the whole time. My cleaning schedule, yeah, not even going to go there. I had about 3 cheat days. I'm going to celebrate my workouts and move forward.
Tomorrow is my heart echo. Not really looking forward to it, but will be happy to get it done and know the results. Then I can deal with the next issue.
My goals for this week are the same as last week. I'm hating Turbo Jam in a nice way. Trying to keep up and get the combinations down is tough for the very uncoordinated.
