Truth be told, they have already been here and they seem to keep coming back. First and foremost, I want to apologize to my friends and to the people who are on my teams that I am not being the friend or co-leader that I need to be because the migraines have been overwhelming me of late.

My DH and I talked about it earlier today. It occurred to me that when I was really on plan and was working out consistently, the migraines were not nearly so bad. In fact, I have an appointment with my neurologist on the 15th and we're going to have a talk about the medications that I am on. Ironically, it seems that the migraines have gotten worse since he changed the medication. I want to talk to him about changing things again and hopefully that things will get better. I'm really just tired of the migraines.

DH and I have agreed that I will go back on WW and do the PointsPlus. Our scheduled workouts may be a little harder, but I think that Mondays may be the only really hard day because we have Girl Scout and Boy Scout meetings on the same night. I think what we may have to start doing is trying to cook at least a day ahead so all we have to do is reheat or cook in the crockpot for the day. There are so many great recipes out there and wonderful recipes that we enjoyed before. If anyone has any casserole or crockpot recipes to share, please do! We're always willing to try something new!
