This morning, I was awake but lying in bed around 5:30 when I realized I'd rather get some aerobic activity done than maybe drift back to sleep! I think that's a breakthrough.
I've finished Day 1 of the 28-Day Bootcamp DVD. I love the way the DVD is set up--if you want to follow the 28-Day program, you just choose your day from the calendar, and all the videos you need start playing. No searching around for the right ones or trying to figure out which ones you need to do. It's all done for you! Very smart.
I'm still raring to go with SparkPeople this time around. I'm 2 weeks in, am trying to stay 2 steps ahead (planning, planning, planning), and have lost 5 pounds already! Go me!
