I have had a very hard time these last 2 weeks......

I'm finding myself slipping back into old habits with my eating......I'm not sure why though......I find myself waking up in the night and picking at healthy things but just overdoing it......and I'm not sure why I wake up and could be that I have been under a lot of stress lately?

I have continued to do my daily workouts and measure the foods I eat......I am doing everything's just the snacking! I need to get control of this and soon because I have gained 2 pounds back!

I have been on this journey since January.......and I am not willing to forfeit all that I have accomplished thus far......

So, I need to get my stress under control and emotions in check........because I will not go back to where I was......I want to lose these last 25 pounds......for ME!

I am going to start fresh's a new day and I am starting my journey this time next week I want to be 2 pounds down and I don't want the scale to say anything else!

    We all have those times where we slip back into old habits. The good news is that you have recognized the trend, put it into writing and are committed to make the needed changes. Great awareness!
