So weighed in today. I will start over from where I am at now. I joined the SP coaching and hope that helps me stay on track. Starting over with small goals on the Fast Break portion of program. I measured in, selected three small goals - exercising 15 minutes while watching TV, tracking food, and writing in journal. More optomistic than I have been in a long time. Think I am on the right track.
