Yesterday was the Susan G. Komen Race for a Cure. I've been a few times before but never with the intent to actually RUN it. This time I ran! Not the whole thing. It was crazy crowded. But I ran as much as I could and I did good! We were all sweaty! It was great! Now we're trying to decide on a 5k for next month! Yay! Who's addicted?! Me! lol! I loved the energy of all the people and the adrenaline from running. It was great! I totally want to do it again!
Hoowwever... I ate the whole rest of the day!!! And totally blew it. :( That's 2 days in a row and now I'm back up almost 5 pounds from my low I was at!! Why can I not control myself!!! Sometimes I really wish I could be a smoker again just to curb these urges. But I can't. I worry about my skin too much and I'm too cheap. Have you seen how much cigarettes cost these days?! Holy Cow?! lol!
I gotta figure it out though. I do drink a TON of water. I know one thing is my vitamins. I have been bad again about not taking them like I should, so I could be low in something. I have got to be stronger. I have to just chew on celery or something if I get the urge and know that it's not really hunger. I have to do these chores I need to do instead of eat. I need something! I CAN DO THIS!!! I NEED TO DO THIS!!! I CAN NOT SABOTAGE THIS!!! I WILL DO THIS!!! I WILL MAKE IT!!! I WILL BE OK!! I WILL REACH MY GOALS!!! I CAN DO THIS!!! I WANT IT! I NEED IT! I HAVE TO HAVE IT!! I WILL HAVE IT! I WILL DO THIS!!
