Lumpy Bumpy heel.... need ideas for aerobix exercises please..

I have been away with the 6 graders from my school for a week. We went barefoot running on the beech and have upset my achilles heel tendon. I have not done any power walking or running for nearly a week now.

I need SP help and advice on alternative aerobics exercises I can do that does not involve walking or running. You're help is appreciated.

    How about a rowing machine or other rowing type exercises? And I'm always a fan of Pullups. I'm amazed at how my heartrate goes up with those. I support a lot of my weight with my legs. If you're not in full Pullup shape, you could boost yourself with one leg. Do be careful, of course!

    Thanks for your comments. I did a seated aerobic exercise SP video followed by a low impact standing one with small leg and foot movements. It felt ok.

    maybe exercise bike or just do some strength training that doesn't involve legs. Be sure to listen to your body so you don't end up with a worse injury.

    I think you already found those videos you can do while sitting, those are good. Hope for a speedy recovery for your foot.
Do you have a bike? That would also be great. emoticon
