Well today has been an okay day,I guess I couldn't take to much seeing this is really day 1 for me a few slips,but one thing i can say is I walked,and today's grocery store event,was everything i needed for 2 weeks of recipes from Spark People.I'm getting kinda excited about lunch tomorrow and how that is going to come out.But i know everything is in baby steps and thats all i can do for now. seeing the fridge stuffed with all healthy things is amazing to me,now one thing i do need to learn is these midnight cravings and cutting back on soda
now next thing i need is to get a scale to see how my weight is going that's on tomorrows list :)
Not my first time on sp and not my last,i hope to last longer then 2 weeks this time,but suddenly I have more motivation then i've had in 10 years.
