Well today has been an okay day,I guess I couldn't take to much seeing this is really day 1 for me a few slips,but one thing i can say is I walked,and today's grocery store event,was everything i needed for 2 weeks of recipes from Spark People.I'm getting kinda excited about lunch tomorrow and how that is going to come out.But i know everything is in baby steps and thats all i can do for now. seeing the fridge stuffed with all healthy things is amazing to me,now one thing i do need to learn is these midnight cravings and cutting back on soda

now next thing i need is to get a scale to see how my weight is going that's on tomorrows list :)

Not my first time on sp and not my last,i hope to last longer then 2 weeks this time,but suddenly I have more motivation then i've had in 10 years.

    Don't get me started on points,i did the whole Weight watcher things so confusing LOL but thanks for the tips.,its all about moving forward and yes i am enjoying the food i made today and tomorrow is a new day :)

    Keep focusd for success. YOu can do it. Go for it. I have been dong this for over five years and 58 pounds and over 200,000 points later I am enjoying success as I kept focus. All y'all can do the same if you stay focused. Never, never, neveer ever give up.
