Friday afternoon I was distracted and before I knew it, it was 7:30PM and I was starving. Fixing dinner is one of my least favorite things to do and the last thing I wanted to do was cook dinner so we ordered gluten-free pizza. Not my best decision but I was conscience on how many slices I had and I was very low on calories for the day. Today, we had some running around to do and by the time we got home it was 4:30 and I had no lunch. Needless to say, I was starving again. I was able to hold it together for dinner and had a piece of fruit to hold me over but boy was I cranky. Beginning tomorrow, I'm going to begin doubling recipes and freezing half so I can eliminate the pizza dash. I haven't done that in quite awhile so I'm not beating myself up over it but I wasn't craving pizza, it was just a matter of poor planning.
