    Sometimes I would just choose the low impact aerobics option even though this may be considered high impact. Other people choose to list each exercise in the DVD with reps. I didnt like taking the time for that so I just chose the time option by choosing Low impact aerobics for 30 minutes.

  Hey, i was wondering how do u add the 30DS to ur fitness tracker iv just stared the dvd and the tracker is asking me how many calories iv burnt........i have no idea??
