I took my oldest son and my youngest daughter to our local Harvest Festival yesterday. Tons and tons of walking, which great for staying on track. Despite all of the tempting food choices, I only indulged in a small amount of Maple Cotton Candy and a shared cider donut. At the end of the day I was still well within calorie range. Yay me ! Between Friday's hike and the hours of walking around town yesterday, everything from my belly-button down is on fire... My walk today is apt to be a short one. I'm thinking this will be a good day to concentrate on some upper body exercise...

    Good for you for staying on track. Small, occasional indulgences are not harmful, especilly if you are off-setting them with good exercise. Glad you had a great time.
