Setting realistic goals

I just read a daily digest on setting realistic goals. I wanted to post the picture that came along with it, and check myself out.



Well, I had already forgotten the title. It was SMART goals:
S - Specific
M - Measurable
A - Achievable
R - Realistic
T - Timely

Will check this out tomorrow and update with my current goals.

    Thanks for sharing. I'm sure we could all use a time to reevaluate and adjust our goals. I'm going to start doing so right now.

    Setting goals makes the task we are facing manageable. Small and doable goals are the best. emoticon emoticon

It's so important to continue to reevaluate and revise your goals! Sometimes you find that a goal is too much to tackle...and sometimes you surpass your goal and need to increase it!!
