Health is Important!

I'd like to start off by saying it feels great when you know you are doing something GOOD for your health! In the past I have not taken charge of much in my lifestyle. I ate fast food 3-4 times a week! I've always enjoyed cooking but making it healthy was a challenge! Through SparkPeople I've gained knowledge on recipes and guidance along the way with meal planning! Today was a lazy day for me, my husband is working so my son and I just took a stroll at the park. I still did a 20 minute walk and stayed under my calorie intake! I am Proud of myself and feeling alot better!
