Everyday I will
1. eat 3 fruit/ veggie/ day (1 after bf, 1 after lunch, 1 after dinner) - No
2. Spend atleast 10 mins with sparkpeople.- NO
3. drink 10 cups of water -DONE
4. exercise for atleast 30mins. -DONE
5. do not skip breakfast. -DONE
6. will note my progress in dairy -NO.

Today again had some junks but less than day 04
