Things has been Noticed

I had wonderful day today but some one messed it up in the afternoon by telling me "I am not doing enough work for them". Why people just forget whatever we do for them. I have done better job then anyone else and I have finished all the work which no one wanted to take it on hand. And now at last I hear that I am not doing anything just because I forgot to do something few years back.

It did messed up my whole day and then as usual..emotional got in the way..I cried for an hour. It did hurt me a lot because that was no one else but one of my family member.

By the way I did noticed something during my weight lose journey which keeps me away from it

1. If I don't make myself to get up and jump on a treadmill till that time I don't think about getting my exercise done.
2. If I don't feel up my 1 lt water bottle till then I don't get my usual 8 glass of water and some times no water at all except Tea and other liquids like juice or coconut water
3. I start doing my exercise once and then get too excited because I feel good and then over load it and later after few days I just give up and miss a day or two which turns out later more then four days
4. I am still not continue with my 8:00 pm equipment turn off time but they go off by around 9:00 or 9:30 pm. Now I start to feeling that 8 is too early and 9 is perfect time because my sleep time goes between 9:30 to 10:00
5. I go to sleep on time but in the morning I keep turning off my alarm and wake up after few hours almost 2 or 3 hrs late. I do feel though that I have got enough sleep first time when alarm goes on.

I hear that every activity which you want to continue you will have to go for first 30 days. First 30 days are very hard and then things get easier. So I have to work toward my 30 days by not skipping a day and then after it will go easier just like everyone says.

I hope things get better for me and I will start looking wonderful routine. I am still working on my Planner which can help me to choose the right one. I usually go with paper planner but I am planning to go with electronics (specially from Apples "iCloud") so want to see that how it is working out. I am not much impressed with it but I have 3 months to see that should I buy the new paper planner or go with electronics.

My day routine search will be keep continuing tomorrow also..Now will see how things go from rest of the year.

    Oh! Write a bit about how wonderful your day was, also!

    I am fond of the type of analysis you made. That's very helpful and will give you insight into how it's going.and how to improve.

    So you could make a short note and put it where you frequently see it, that says:
    1. Jump on treadmill when I wake up!
    2. Fill my water bottle!
    3. Exercise no more than HALF the time
    4. Set alarm to go off at 9.00 so I will turn everything off
    5. Set alarm for one hour later! (Then you still have time for the treadmill).

    And then if you ask yourself 'why should I do this?' you can say 'because my life gets much better this way!'. OR: 'because Christina said so!!!' LOLOLOL.

    Seriously - These are great goals!

    I hear that it's 40 days - and that one has to watch out around day 20 because that is the time most people fail.

    Sounds like you're really motivated and doing good! Keep going!
