After many months I finally am trying to get back on track. I've been through so many changes the past few months, family members passing away, getting married, getting pregnant, loosing pregnancies, traveling to the other side of the country, etc. So much has been going on when I look back that I am trying to remember not to beat myself up for slipping back. So now that I'm home and in some sort of a steady pace once again, I decided it was time to get back on track: tracking food, getting to the gym, focusing on me. So here is to today, tomorrow and my future.
