The first weekend on a Paleo Challenge is generally the hardest for me. My day/time isn't structured, I'm running errands all day that put me face-to-face with all kind of cravings, and my body has hit the energy wall. A bean burrito sounds SOOOO good (yes, I do like Mexican food)!
I'm happy to say that I've successfully made it through Saturday. I'm sure Sunday morning's weigh-in will incentive me to stay the course for the rest of the day.
That said, I came across some macaroni & cheese at WholeFoods this afternoon and almost fell apart. Oh, and someone brought some brie cheese to the French class I'm taking. Add 'em to the cravings list!
