I have realized that diets don't work. I will do my best to stay on track and track my progress through the nutrition and exercise tracker. I don't think I will ever stop wanting my favorite restaurants and foods, but I can keep portion size and choices in check.

    That is probably one of the worst secrets that diets don't want you to know, they don't work. I have come to the same conclusion, that the only real way to lose weight and keep it off, is diet and exercise. The food and exercise trackers are a big help.
