Day Twelve.... Another disastrous calorie day. I did well at the start of the day. I had some scrambled eggs for breakfast with a glass of water. (My dad said that sounded like prison food to him. hee hee!) But it suited me just fine. Then I was at Mom and Dad's for lunch, where I had a small piece of steak and a small portion of spaghetti with meat sauce and some unsweetened tea. Still doing well. After that I picked up Matt and Sara and we headed out to Seymour to the Ocktoberfest and to see Nick and Kelsey. They were hungry and thirsty. So we stopped at a gas station for a restroom break and I got a bottle of water and a bag of Smartfood Popcorn. I ate only one serving and put the rest in the back seat. When we arrived in Seymour it was cold, windy and sprinkling. The longer we stayed the wetter it got. So we decided maybe we would just go out to dinner instead. I had the Monterrey Chicken dinner, water, a couple of egg rolls for an appetizer. It was really delicious! HOWEVER, when we arrived back in Sunman, I plugged things into Spark. That's when the alarm went off. The Monterrey Chicken meal is OVER 1200 calories on it's own. Thank goodness I drank water! To make a long story short, I ended the day with over 2400 calories. Not. Good.

BUT Fall Down Seven Times Stand Up Eight. I will get this. I'm just scared to death of Monday's weigh in. There is no way that I will make my goal this week.... *sigh*

    Is it really only "fall down 7 times and stand up 8?" Cause I think that I have fallen down more than 7 times ..... and I keep getting back up.
I've had a bunch of eye opening eating episodes. and I've learned a bunch. and you will too. Just keep tracking those calories. some people do better if they have all of meals planned out, I don't. but I log everything I eat when I eat it so I know what I have left for the day.
I hope that Mondays weigh in is bad!
