Day 6 of challenge

I can't believe it's nearly been a week. This is the longest I've been able to stick to something so strict. Well, it seemed strict at the beginning, now... I have no hunger pangs, no cravings, no urges to peek into cupboards, or the refrigerator. My mood is better, I have more energy, :) and I'm able to make clear choices at family gatherings.
That's a very short but sweet blog, but I wanted to continue to document this journey. :)
