This weeks challenge on BLC includes measuring Calories In and Calories Out. This was very eye opening for me. i assume that if I am eating within my SP guidelines I should be losing. It turns out that if I eat in the high range for my calories, I will only lose a few ounces a week; and that is what has been happening.
This has made me more determined to only put good quality calories in my body, and to work on making this a lifestyle.
