Let's just call it a free day....

Well, I blew my good girl streak today and broke down and ate Burger King. I'm not even going to track it, because I know I'll be depressed, haha. Oh well, I'll call it a free day and do better tomorrow. We all have those days, right?

Well, here are my updated goals for next week:
-Meet all calorie, carb, fat, and protein goals
-Do PT exercises every day
-No fast food all week

And a longer term goal:
-Lose 5lbs by November 17

I think it is do-able! Here is to an even better week!

    We all have cravings. When you have to have fast food just try to limit your portions. I'm glad you're still on the wagon!!
