Well, I blew my good girl streak today and broke down and ate Burger King. I'm not even going to track it, because I know I'll be depressed, haha. Oh well, I'll call it a free day and do better tomorrow. We all have those days, right?
Well, here are my updated goals for next week:
-Meet all calorie, carb, fat, and protein goals
-Do PT exercises every day
-No fast food all week
And a longer term goal:
-Lose 5lbs by November 17
I think it is do-able! Here is to an even better week!
