I gained two pounds this week-and regardless of the fact whether it be water or muscle, hormones or sodium related, I am FINE with it. Because the scale doesn't DEFINE me-it doesn't say that my cholesterol is a healthy number (total 145, good 65) or my skin is healthy. It also doesn't tell me of my endurance when sprinting, or my strength when I bench press heavy.And while those two pounds may be gone next week's weigh in-I don't care. Because the pictures tell me that I am moving in the RIGHT direction.
A year ago....
This past week. Jillian Michaels, P90X, Zumba, Supreme 90, heavy weights, sprinting, walking, incline treadmill combined with low carb/low glycemic eating helped me. So phooey on the scale!!!
Off to do Banish Fat/Boost Metabolism--have a BLESSED week all!
