I have a problem. I seem to either want to exercise till I am exhausted or don't want to exercise at all. One day i walked five miles, it did take me three hours with my dog and then I walked two hours the rest of the week. But then I got a blister on my heel and then I didn't exercise again for a week. My Doctor even told me to exercise 45 minutes a day for five days a week. not to go EXTREME.
I don't know what is wrong with me. I think I have to beat my best and then when i have to just do 45 minutes. I guess i think i am not doing much. But Sparks Coach said all things in moderation. So today after no exercising due to mediation for a month, I am taking my trusty dog Nikita out for a 45 minute walk. And i am going to time it.
The week i walked all those hours i didn't even lose a lb. just thought you should know. I was upset. So I am going to try to exercise in Moderation and see where that gets me.
