I can't believe that I have been a Spark People member since 2006. I love Spark People! I am more of a taker than a giver, however. I follow SparkPeople recipes, read team posts, read articles, use exercise tips, join challenges but I am BAD at posting. I actually use multiple strategies with the main focus of staying healthy. I don't seem to move one way or another on weight, 154 for all of these years (in that range). I have gotten very stable and consistent on exercising. My husband and I do run/walk intervals 50 minutes 3x a week, I do zumba or walking on off days. I do appreciate you, Spark People!
