Took a Spark break

But I'm back with good things: New exercise, added to existing exercise, and my favorite team is in the WNBA Eastern conference finals. Those are the plusses.

Are there Minuses? Yes, I’m on a weight plateau and my muscles ached from new exercise. These are temporary conditions. The aches are almost gone. I hope that when I weigh in on Monday a pound or two will also be gone.

    Its important to take a break when you need it, so good for you! Last night's game was great. Not your prefered outcome, I know, but a very good game.I'd bet that they can win again at home and move on, though.
