"Oops I did it again"
Well my husband and I went to six flags last night for fright fest something I had been looking forward to all this last week, and it was awesome!!! But and as much as I'd love to blame it on my husband I'm the one that put the food in my mouth, but he was hungry and wanted something "small" like chili cheese fries! but I helped him eat that even though I already had something planned for dinner which I ate as well... all in all I went about 200 calories over for the day, and I knew better! I knew what I was doing but I just went with it.
Well it was a learning experience and I was 14 days in and now have to start over!!! I tell you what I won't do that again for a while!!!
Yes it is that important to me to not overeat anymore! Yes it might seem a bit hard and I don't know if it's a bit of perfectionism but when I do what I'm supposed to do each day I feel peaceful, at balance, and happy with myself!!! And I want to accomplish my goals! When I get to 30 days I'm getting the best pedicure and manicure at my favorite nail salon!!!
