Starting Over... Again

Need to snap out of my funk and establish a routine. Really want to lose the weight but apparentlynot enough to actually do anything about it. I keep eating whatever and drinking whatever and not doing any exercise.
Hopefully today that changes.
Wait... today that will change!
Goal #1 - No soda!
Goal #2- I will exercise for at least 10 minutes!
