Today as I board the plane for our Fall 5% Challenge I started the trip with my beginning weigh in! My goals for this week are as follows:
To start each day with a smile
To play at least 30 minutes a day! (exercise)
To drink my average of 10 to 12 glasses of water a day!
To enjoy my trip with my fellow dawgs and help land the plane as fast as we can!
