Its the end of week 3 and the whole week I didn't so good. I didn't track my food and didn't drink enough water. My only saving grace was that I still went to the Y and did 3 classes this week.
According to the mind over matter article and 10 stepts, they say the first step is to put I in your vocabulary. So..how can I reword the downfalls of this last week into I sentences.
-I put job searching priorities above spark goals
-I let stress interupt my focus on my journy to a healthy life.
- I let my boundaries of sucess be defined by the amount of money I have currently
So...what else to say...I'll get back to it this week.
This week will be better since I got lettuce, cheese, and other healthy food.
