Here we are a few days into October already! My how time flies when we don't want it to!

My October goals:

Resume moderate drinking ONLY if it fits in my daily calories. emoticon

Stick to my strength & cardio training 6 days a week. emoticon emoticon

Stay under 1400 calories every day. emoticon

Meditate every day. emoticon

Get down to 129 by end of the month. emoticon
