Here we are a few days into October already! My how time flies when we don't want it to!
My October goals:
Resume moderate drinking ONLY if it fits in my daily calories.
Stick to my strength & cardio training 6 days a week.
Stay under 1400 calories every day.
Meditate every day.
Get down to 129 by end of the month.
