Last night I ate way too much! I had a glass of milk before I ate to help fill me up, but then I ate way too much food. My stomach was stuffed for a while. Then I was craving chocolate so I ate some snow caps and my body just couldn't take it. I ended up throwing up and having a tummy ache the rest of the night. What a mess!! Will NEVER do that again! On to better news...I had a good workout this morning and will have a great breakfast! Also, yesterday my husband noticed that my workout pants are lose on my butt when, as he put it, "There used to be no give in those pants before." What a great feeling. Gotta stay focused and never repeat last night (I think I was possessed by the old evil Shyla
). Pray everyone else's weekend has started out great!!
