first step on a long road

well this is the first step taken on the long journey, I'm going to aim to do this at least 4 times a week, I am afriad to put up a pic of myself on this at the moment but will soon.

    welcome and i hope you are liking it here.... you joined on a good day... my younger sisters birthday... i have been there for a few years... and get so much support... stay active and post often... i was a silent member for long time.. now that i do the spark coach daily... i look to see if i can get 100points daily i signed up for several newsletters... and there is alot of information and wonderful blogs to read daily....

    Although Iím a relative newcomer to SP, Iíve already found the community supportive and encouraging. There is so much information on here, including articles on nutrition, motivation, wellness and activities, recipes, blogs, teams and SparkPages. There is always something new to help keep you on track, and Iíve hardly scratched the surface! Good luck!

  I also hate pictures. However, I really believe your picture of you is much worse than the actual picture of you. Don't allow the scales to define who you are! You are God's child, therefore you are a very valued person. God bless.....

THIS WORKS. WENT ON WEEKS CRUISE DID NOT GAIN A POUND.

my sister walks 15,000 steps a day at 63 y
ears old and has lost 105 pounds. she went from a size 24 to a size 10. all her health issues dropped off as the 105 pounds dropped off. took 16 months.

i gave up grain and sugary products and have lost 44 pounds at age 60. i went from a size 18 to a size 10 shorts and medium tops from a 1 or 2x. took 7 months.

we are both still loosing weight until we reach our goal
