The Eyes Of The Lord

Saturday, October 06, 2012

2 Chronicles 16:7-9 And at that time Hanani the seer came to Asa king of Judah, and said to him: “Because you have relied on the king of Syria, and have not relied on the LORD your God, therefore the army of the king of Syria has escaped from your hand. “Were the Ethiopians and the Lubin not a huge army with very many chariots and horsemen? Yet, because you relied on the LORD, He delivered them into your hand. “For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. In this you have done foolishly; therefore from now on you shall have wars.”

“Do not trust in the ways of man. When you rely on Me, you open the channel of flow from My Spirit to you. I look for those whose hearts are loyal to Me so I can help them when they rely on Me. Relying on the world limits your ability to receive from Me. Seek Me first before going to the world. I will direct you in the way you should go. Rely on Me to lead you down the avenue that you are to walk. Did I not create all things? They are there for your disposal, but My direction leads you to the one that is beneficial for you. Seek My will before trusting yourself to worldly ways. My ways are higher than theirs and I think differently than men. I have the plan that will work for your particular situation. Do not fear, only believe!”

Father, I thank You that when we come to You and rely on You that You are there to help us! You know just what to do in each challenge of life that we face. I thank You, that when we seek Your direction, You will give it to us. You do not withhold help from Your children. Thank You for being so good to us! I pray for my friends, this morning, who may be facing what seems to be an insurmountable obstacle in their lives. Father, You know exactly what to do to bring them through to victory. I pray that they will seek You, trust You for the answer and follow Your directions as You give it. Father, I pray that they will be successful in over-coming and that they will experience the goodness of God in the land of the living. Father, reach down and meet them at their point of need. Open the windows of heaven over them and provide for the the need that they have in their lives. Show them Your glory in this their hour of need. Thank You, Father, for the victory. I thank You for giving them the answers to their questions. Thank You for showing them the way to success! To You be all the glory, honor and praise. In Jesus' name. Amen.

What an awesome lesson Avanell. Unless we lean on the Lord when we are weak or strong, He will not be there guiding us through. I am learning this daily since I have a small problem now I am dealing with. Much prayer and prayers from friends will help me through this. I know my God will see me through. God bless you Avanell. You are a real woman of God.

I have to agree with Gaye. This is for believers. And aren't they hungry too? What I loved that His eyes run to and fro. There is nothing that escapes Him, and there should be little that escapes us because we walk in Him.

I thank the Father always, praying in the Spirit, that Christ has shown us the Way. There are so few that feed the sheep without a pricetag attached. No apologies because those that preach the Gospel should live off the Gospel. But, my, oh my, has this been twisted and turned.

There are so many that look for reward before seeking to give to others. Controversial, yes, but the prosperity gospel has ruined us, and yes, morals and lack of disciple and chastening in the Lord.

Give me someone, as you, Avanell, who will do this freely as you have been given. "Freely you have been given, freely give."

If we do not work together, despite our calling and station in life, we are opposed to one another and do not have Christ. Really love you, lady.

Any true Believer can relate to this! One that loves the things of this world and the ways of this world needs to revaluate his/her walk with our Lord, Jesus. When worldly things are more important to us it definitely cuts off the flow from His Spirit to ours. There is nothing in this world that I want! I pray others reading your teachings each day realize the same thing this teaches, in Jesus' name.
As you have been trying to teach all along...He's coming SOON! God Bless you, Avie...love you and your teachings!
