I need some advice folks out there who have tried one or the other of the aforementioned series. I am currently doing P90x but only 3-4 times per week. My body just can't sustain the intensity for 6 days a week. Knees, sciatic nerve, plantar fascitis, it's a bummer getting older. Ha ha. Anyways, I know that people have had great success with P90X but I just can't seem to get motivated very much with it. It's kinda boring to me. Has anyone tried the JM Body Revolution series? It is supposed to be 30 mins per day (not like the hour or more for P90x). What kind of results did you get?
