Flubbing Up!

I have binged the past 3 days and it has to stop NOW! I have been exercising more to try to make up for it but I know I couldn't exercise that much to erase the amount of bad calories I have been putting in my body. I don't really know why I have been doing it but it has to stop! I do this every time I get to or close to my maintenance goal.

I have been on such a high with what I have been able to accomplish but I am starting to sink to the first low I have had in a long time. It feels terrible!

I guess I just have to pick myself up, dust my self off and get on with it! I am stronger than the demon that lies within!

    You know, I've been doing the same thing lately. I stopped doing my boot camps w/ Coach Nicole, and I've been going over my calories quite a bit lately, and I'm 3 stupid pounds away from goal. I've been wondering the same thing....
With the holidays coming, I really need to stop and just stay on track!

    Every time I see that I have lost a few pounds I feel like I'm starving, so I eat. I think my body wants me to stay jiggly!
You can do this!!! Shake it off! And start again.
