I havent exercised in months. I gained 5 pounds over the summer. I am tired a lot! I want to jump start my healthy lifestyle and feel great again. So here is my plan. I have had success with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred in the past, so I am going to do it again. I want to start it This week and finish by the end of November. I only plan to exercise 4-5 days a week...I am trying to be realistic! I am not going to focus too much on losing weight, but I will try to eat more veggies and less sweets. I am 117 now and I would like to get back down to 112 by my birthday which is December 10th. I feel like these are realistic goals and Im ready for the challenge! Wish me luck!
