Here's my list of October 2012 Goals!
1. Take my vitamins
2. Lose 5 pounds this month
1. Plan and prep my meals, twice a week.
2. Stay within my calories, 1200- 1500.. Cycling high and low carb days.
3. Drink 80- 110 ounces of water a day
1. Cardio 4x's a week, burning a minimum of 400 calories per workout.
2. Strength train.. Short breaks between exercise, 2x's a week.
1. Pick out my goal outfit... Out of my closet.
2. Stick with the SparkPeople 5K challenge
3. Complete application process for college.
