Justyna7: That sounds amazing. I need to plan more of these things ahead of time. I'm getting all relaxed just thinking of your spa idea.

How about plan some "me time"? I need something to look forward to and it in my life that means a plan. Who, what, where, when, how? Especially with kids because it means finding babysitter. It didn't happen often for us when the kids were little. Too little money, energy, or ideas. Now I think when my kids have kids I'm going to support them with those getaways even if they are just a few hours long. I am in the process of planning a day at a Nordic Spa. I know I want to go sometime this month and the problem is finding someone who can go with me mid week. I may have to do it on my own. You pay one price admission and can stay as long as you want... take a book. You alternate hot and cold and rest modalities. There is a lovely place in Quebec so it is less than an hour from us... outdoors and all wood fired so the smells and vistas are amazing. It is the only place I have ever stopped thinking. By my second cycle my body and mind are jello and I am sooooo happy. God is me and I am God and lalalalalala. I've been twice over the past 3 years and every time I come home saying 1. We MUST be able to recreate that experience here and 2. In the meantime I have to do this regularly. Of course it doesn't happen. But I am going some time this month!
