Here's my day.


Morning juice and a lil activia cherry.

lunch at blimpie - blimpie best on whole wheat, less than a full cup of root beer and some chips

dinner was 2 more pieces of quiche

dessert was a glass of milk, 4 pieces of ghiradelli toffee something (which was amazing) and apple pie (which i should have skipped)

Fixes for the day:
One piece of quiche and a salad instead
No chips at lunch
No apple pie at dessert, and maybe skip the milk too.

was a bit of carb loading. sleep deprivation, stress and such. but at least i went for a walk today!

    I know I didn't plan on this day! It's kind of a mess! But I'm working on it, and usually the more and better I plan, the better I do.

    very honest pictorial look at what you ate! Looks like a good way to stop oneself from putting food into your mouth. Good job at recording!

    Even though there were a lot of carbs today, you recorded it and worked out a plan to do better. That's a good start!

Tomorrow, put that plan into place.
