Here's my day.
Morning juice and a lil activia cherry.
lunch at blimpie - blimpie best on whole wheat, less than a full cup of root beer and some chips
then a donut
snack - cottage cheese and pineapples
dinner was 2 more pieces of quiche
dessert was a glass of milk, 4 pieces of ghiradelli toffee something (which was amazing) and apple pie (which i should have skipped)
carb - 298
fat - 107
protein - 87
Fixes for the day:
One piece of quiche and a salad instead
No chips at lunch
No apple pie at dessert, and maybe skip the milk too.
was a bit of carb loading. sleep deprivation, stress and such. but at least i went for a walk today!
