October Goals

1. Balance carbs and proteins at each meal
2. 200 maximum dessert calories per day
3. Yoga - minimum 2x week
4. Weights - min. 2x week
5. Cardio - min. 5x week for at least 30 min.
6. Write in journal daily

* I will not judge myself based on what I weigh
* I will not compare myself to others; I am my own person
* I will strive for healthy not skinny
* I will eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm satisfied
* I will make mindful, healthy food choices
