Well, another week has ended with a 1 lb loss. I did horrible on week 3, a lot of messing up and never counted my calories. I'm back on track now and working harder than ever. I've noticed that my face is slimmer and my belly is flatter. My uniforms are really loose now too, but the scale hasn't changed much...what is up? I have been doing strength training as well, but you would still expect to see a weight loss. Oh well, I'l just keep going, as long as it takes to reach my goal.
