So I survived week 2, which was the same workout as week 1. I was more excited to get into week 3.

So week 3 came and now it is gone. I really pushed myself this week. I did things that I never thought I would or ever do again. I am proud of myself completing lunges and squats. I've always had knee problems and as I gained my weight my knees couldn't take my weight in walking, running, and bending. I got accustom to walking straight leg because I've done it for a long time. So now I am learning to bend my knees all over again. But that is coming along.

This week my body feels everything, I was soreness in muscles that haven't felt a workout in years. I'm glad I am off this weekend because I definitely need that break. I'm glad she incorporates a leg workout twice in the week, that is my main target. I really want to firm up my butt and legs. I do notice a difference in my legs when I sit down, I know in due time everything will shed off like it should.

Before I start week 5 I need to go supplement shopping, like for some protein because my appetite is going to go through the roof. Right now I am taking a Women's Multi-Vitamin, CLA, Fish Oil (pill), and Calicum with Vitamin D-3.

Well I gotta go

Definitely get started on the protein for post-workout infusion. Think about the BCAAs, they seem to help with the soreness.

Keep it up for Phase 1! doing great!

    WTG! I found that she mixed things up at just the right point for me. My attention span is super short and as soon as I started to feel EH, I would be doing something new to push my body. Great to hear you are enjoying the leg workouts. They are tough. In a good way, i would find myself saying...legs AGAIN? LOL
