Day 1

Day 1 is complete! I feel great. I can't wait to wake up for hot yoga in the morning. Hope everyone has a great start to their long weekend.

Breakfast- Oatmeal
Lunch- Salad with Balsamic Vinegar and Veggies
Dinner- pinto beans salad, broccoli, and corn
