my short term goals are
exercise at least 10 min daily.
So my weight finally went down a little, not much but a little. So I am on the right track now just to stay there. I am always good about drinking my water. Lastly I have been exercising, I have exercised everyday this week.
So overall I think I am doing ok. I was going to try to walk in the evenings starting today, but it is chilly and raining today, so that isn't happening. I am also still thinking of looking into other games for the Wii, maybe for Christmas.
As for other things that are going on. My husband coaches a jr high baseball team and they just won state. I am very proud of him.
