Ever have a day where you don't want to do the things you must?
You do not want to get up. You do not want to do your hair. You do not feel like driving to work. You really don't want to get the work done once you are there. You do not want to do much of anything?!
That is today.
How do I get through a day like today? I focus on what I want to do once I am done with all the things I do not want to do. I break the day into small doable tasks with a small reward.... get ready for work, and you can listen to the book on tape on the way - forget about the news... it's all politics, anyway.
Small tasks and small rewards....
Maybe this will work for losing weight, too.
