First AM class. Going to add this one in Monday and Friday since my days start later:)
So the plan for October:
Monday: SWEAT/cardio and abs
Tuesday: Body Pump and zumba
Wednesday: SWEAT and zumba
Thursday: SWEAT and zumba
Friday: SWEAT/ cardio
Saturday: Body Pump and zumba

Here's to lowering my body %:) I see great results after 1 week:) The trainer said today it is recommended to take the class 4 times a week. Perfect because I still want to do Body Pump as well:)
I am also back to tracking my food. There is no way I can afford to pay the price of the SWEAT class each month to eat anything but high quality food. The class is expensive and honestly I have no desire to eat anything but clean food anyway:)

Today part of our work out was in the dark because it was 6AM. Talk about an additional element to consider...exercising your mind:) I got to try out the dip station! I was so excited for this. I have been wanting to try it since I saw it on
