Stress busting success!

It's hard to say what the chicken or egg is, but as I'm winding up my work week, I can say that I got good exercise, ate pretty well, and got 8 hours of sleep most days this week, and it made a HUGE difference in my stress levels at work! Feeling calm and collected at work made getting through it much easier and left me much more relaxed at home as well. All and all a win!
