420cal burned in 38min!!!

I'm absolutely astounded but both my heart rate monitor and SP's workout tracker concurr that I burnt 420cal doing 38min of The Firm Ultimate Fat Blaster!!! And I didn't even finish the workout as the kids needed me.
I'm now debating about whether or not to get The Firm Express as the workouts are only 20min long which would be much more realistic than 40min...

    Oooo... I love Bootcamp Maximum Cardio Burn. Maybe it's just because I'm older, but I find it PLENTY challenging... LOL

If you are interested in the FIRM Express workouts, they have a couple of them on Amazon you can check out before investing in the whole collection. I did one of them Saturday and burned 180 calories in 20 minutes.

    I did Firm workout only once. It was Bootcamp maximum calorie burn and I wasn't very impressed. I didn't find dvd challenging enough. So I won't be able to comment on The Firm Express workouts.

However if you short in time - I would definitely recommend Jillian Michaels . Her 30 Day shred would suit you if you are short in time. It takes me 27 minutes including warm up and cool down. You will be incorporating strength training as well.

I also love her Ripped in 30 ( 35 min). There is a Spark page for 30 Day shred. Some girls producing quite amazing results. I can not say same thing about me because I don't have so much weight to loose but my arms are very toned now.
